This has been on my “want to try list” for years and honestly not sure why I never got here before now. I saw the pierogi flights posted last week and that sealed the deal. They were incredible, as was the flight of beer I ordered. The cheesesteak eggrolls also impressed. And dessert was fantastic, as well. They have a shelf with all sorts of board games to keep you entertained. The staff was so nice, even stopping by the table to share some upcoming food/beer ideas they are working on - which all sound amazing! Super clean inside, too! I wish I didn’t hesitate so long to stop by, definitely a brewery I would suggest checking out!

Update.. I have been back several times since my first review. Had to add a star as so many great options at different times of year. Located in beautiful renovated Simon Silk Mill, great brewery, vanilla porter was so good. Food is available. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Great rotating beer selection. My husband comes for the beer, but I come for the house cut fries! Dip them in their beer/cheese sauce served by A++ servers and this is why they get 5 stars!

Böser Geist has definitely hit its stride as a brewery-restaurant. They excel at service and the food and beer have come along long way. The Silk Mill location is industrial and inviting and when they have live music you feel like you’re in a much bigger city. Kudos to James (GM) for continuing to evolve and deliver a great product.

Brew pub. With burgers, pub food, fresh beer, hard seltzer, and a few mixed drinks. Large space to sit. Keep looking around. Music can be loud maybe the acoustics? Professional friendly staff. Beer was excellent. As was the chocolate martini. Clear. Parking is all around - May be walking.

Boser Geist is exactly what you would expect from a local brewery. They boast a local beer tap menu that is constantly changing and feature plenty of food options to choose from. Definitely a great place for a quick bite and a few beers. They best is that they offer flights for you to try up to 4 of their unique beer options. 4/5

I'm always hesitant to try burgers on any menu because they usually sound better than they taste, but the fig burger was too intriguing to pass up. Glad I took the risk because the burger was juicey and the flavors were bold! My partner also got a burger and thought it was amazing! Yum! 😊

What an amazing place. Tasty food, awesome beers, very cool atmosphere and music, and the staff is stellar. A wide selection of styles so a taste for everyone. Just let the Belgian dubbel warm up before you finish it. Plus the raddler is the perfect summer beer.

Wedding of our dreams!! Having our wedding at Boser Geist was the easiest yes! From the very beginning all the staff, including Judith, were so friendly, answered all our questions and offered suggestions, and were so easy to work with. The day of the rehearsal and wedding, James and the staff were outstanding!!! Not to mention that the food and drinks were great! I would recommend having a wedding at Boser in a heart beat!
