Brasserie Bosch is truly an unexpected surprise. Our waiter was very friendly and enthusiastic about the menu which I always appreciate (I’ve worked for many years in hospitality) The menu is refreshing in that the offering is varied and unique in comparison to what you find at Dutch Brasseries (bitter ballen, satay, schnitzel) The fish is really fresh and well presented. From what we ordered, the Wild Menu dishes are gorgeous and exploding with autumn flavors. The mini desserts are perfect, especially if you’re full but want to finish with a coffee and a small sweet. I would say, as a resident of IJmuiden, that Brasserie Bosch is one of the top restaurants and we will definitely be eating there more often. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
