Nice place to have diner, right at the beach. Steep climb to the restaurant, so less suited for people with disabilities. Food is good and the atmosphere is great. Extremely rude waiters; we waited for 45 min without even being acknowledged, letting alone being asked what we would like to order. I actually called the restaurant, whilst in it, and asked for service. The guy who answered the phone apologised and said he would send someone to our table. Yet we waited another 20 min and no one came our way. We decided to leave and then the waiter decided to call after me that: ‘did I think I was the only person in the world?’ and other rude comments. We used to go to this restaurant regularly when it was owned by other people, but since then it has disappointed to say the least. The last time we took our daughter in law, wanting to take her to a nice place in Wassenaar and the food was very disappointing. Tonight was the first time we attempted to try it again. It’s a shame that this place doesn’t live up to its wonderful location. Luckily there will soon be 4 other beach restaurants opening up again on the beach of Wassenaar.

Fantastic place, parking car 3 euro for the entire day. Beach view, outside or inside. Make reservations in advance, especially at busy hours. Amazing food and drinks.
