This Braum's is the best! The manager on duty that day was really helpful. He didn't make a big deal when there was a problem with the card reader. When he realized I was getting embarrassed, he said the right thing to let others know it was not me and requested patience from them. In Stillwater, OK people in general are just great people. I think it's because they are Oklahoma State University Cowboys! I've been to many Braum's, but this is the BEST one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was told that Braum's was the place to try for great tasting burgers. So we ordered some burgers and fries. This was one of the yummiest burgers so I savored every bite along with the fries. I'm glad we stopped here on our way out back to Arizona.

The past couple of times I’ve been coming the lady taking our order has just been rude. fix the tone of your voice and not rush people when taking orders. I asked the guy at the window and her name is Uniqua. Management please have your employees do better.. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. we were cut off by one of the workers middle of our order and when we told her she cut us off at the window she goes “i wasn’t paying attention”. in my opinion not bad food at all just this one instance of poor customer service. 5 people were there to work, only one was working, I was the only one in the store and had to ask for someone to check me out, the only one , Rachel I think was her name, young woman, finished what she was doing for the drive thru and finally helped me, the other 4 literally just stood there talking to each other. When I asked for help, one of the guys just held up his finger, pathetic! I won't go back to the Braums on Perkins Rd in Stillwater!

When you take an order, make sure to read what the customer orders! 🙄 it's not complicated, especially when the customer only ordered 2 things. 1 heath mix, 1 butterfinger. What part of that order did anything about Reeses is not what we ordered but is what we got instead of butterfinger. Plus you couldn't read the receipt which clearly said 1 butterfinger and 1 heath mix? Also when did you get so stingy in adding flavors to vanilla ice cream? Big waste of money, wrong order not enough candy bar sprinkled in. Don't like your job? You act like it and it shows. Get better employees.
