Super cool area and design. Architecture was dope. We were the only people in the restaurant as it was around 230. Chips and dip were really good. Both ordered burgers both ordered medium rare. Got our food and wife had mediun rare, mine was medium well. Server, Juliette, came back and I told her we did have plans for the day so I wasnt trying to make a fuss, get new food or free food but burger cooked way too much. She seemed kind of unphased. A man who I can only imagine was some form of manager as he was in a suit was taking away her attention. He and I made eye contact several times while they were talking and I was looking for our server to get her attention (she was rather short and her head was blocked by the taps of the draught beer). I normally dont complain as I have worked both foh and boh for years in the past but we were quite literally the only bodies in the restaurant. Bummer.
