BROOK in Salamanca is a great place to enjoy a delicious American-style meal. The menu features a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and more. The burgers are made with high-quality meat that is tender and juicy, and the fries are homemade. What really sets BROOK apart from other restaurants is their beer pairing menu, which offers great beer recommendations for each burger. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, especially Claudia who gave us great service. For those with dietary restrictions, there is also an extensive gluten-free menu. We had the Campera 2.0 burger, which was incredibly flavorful, and the Buffalo Wings that came with the American Mix. For dessert, we shared the Brookie, a cookie with ice cream and melted chocolate. BROOK is a must-visit restaurant in Salamanca, and we'll definitely be back!
