A week ago

Brothers' Cafe put traditional Nepalese food in their menu once in a blue moon. They had one this week. I had the pleasure to try 1) Chicken Momo(dumpling) with sauce 2) Chicken Chowmin 3) Chicken Tikka Masala Chicken Momo was juicy and the homemade sauce from scratch was just Wow. Chicken Chowmin had generous amount of grilled chicken cut into small pieces. I liked the fact that they used thin noodles instead of thick ones. I just try a couple of pieces of Chicken tikka masala coz my stomach was full. Chicken tikka masala was so flavorful and creamy. Can't wait for the next time they put this type of event again.
