The food is great here but the management is incredibly rude to the employees. Several times I’ve been here now watching high school kids getting screamed at or very rudely spoken to by management unprovoked. I love the food here but I feel bad for the way the employees are spoken to. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This was our first time visiting. The young man who assisted us was very nice, and probably the only good part of our experience there, but when he was looking for a spoon to scoop out cream cheese, the manager (I assume) used her gloved hand to scoop a handful into the container. The glove she was wearing the whole time we were in there and touching everything with. The young man seemed put back by this and had a blank look on his face when looking back at me as I watched. Then instead of ringing us up promptly the same manager with 4 girls had money being separated for tips all over the counter while we just stood there waiting. Very unprofessional having customers wait over 5 minutes to pay while you count and divy up money. I should of just left my food and not even wasted my time. Ordered 1 blueberry bagle toasted with Strawberry cream cheese, and 1 egg bagle toasted with butter bacon egg and cheese. What I got after a good 10 or so minute wait at the window was, 1 blueberry bagle with almost a pound of plain cream cheese, and 1 bacon and egg everything bagle no cheese. My first and last time here to say the least. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
