Went to vacation, stopped at Buffalo will wings store # 0603 server Courtney on 2/17/24 that girl has very bad service. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. Didn't bring refills. And when I had to pay she walked by us like she didn't even see us there being our server. I had to ask the other server to please charge us. But very bad experience. I would recommend this to no one. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Main food was good and filling but the fries tasted very stale and chewy, and the tv's are set way too loud, we realize it's a sports bar but we shouldn't have to yell to each other across the table, now the really bad part are waitress her name was (kera) was very rude and snobby as soon as we sat down she brought are drinks and set them all in front of are 11 year old on her menu and just walked away, the service was just horrible but the main entre was good and beer was decent. I enjoy the food here but rarely ever have time to sit in and eat so I do mobile order, I set the pickup time 10 minutes earlier than I get there and the food is never done on time. I had an order set for pickup at 2:20 and it wasn't until 2:45 I got my food. What's the point of ordering ahead of time with this store? Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Placed an order for 58 dollars and when I got there the store was closed and the door was locked. If you aren't going to be open as late as you say you are the least you can do is turn off online ordering Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My kids and husband are forever trying to get me to go the BWW for dinner. They took advantage of a trip I recently went on and went without me. They were so impressed with the food that the next time we were in the area they wanted to go again and this time I agreed. I must say the burger I had was pretty amazing and I tried some jalapeno Boneless Wings that were delicious also. We were back again... I had a chicken sandwich this time and it was also amazing!
