First, we when entering the restaurant there was no hostess. We waited 15 minutes just for her to appear at the door. Please note that there was about 5 tables in the entire restaurant with guest at them. Once we got seated we were greeted by June, our waitress... Although the hostess said our waitress would be Stephanie. We ordered 2 drinks, and appetizer sampler and fried pickles to start. It took about 10 minutes just to get our drink. Once the appetizers came out the sampler was cold, we never received fried pickles, however she gave us a bowl of reg. pickles when we asked when the fried pickles would be out. We received our plates for the sampler about ten minutes after she served the sampler. My fiance ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered the taco briskets ... We waited another 40 minutes for our food. Again the food was ice cold and ironically burnt. I got fries with mine although i was suppose to get chips and salsa. I did not eat them... She never checked in on us nor did she even ask if I wanted another drink. We will never go here again as it was a huge disappointment and the wait staff sucks. I would have asked for the items we didnt eat to get taken off the check , but again we sat there for 30 minutes and I did not have the patience to wait any longer to speak to a manager. This is completely terrible service for a restaurant with 5 families in it. I couldnt imagine how long things would be if you guys were actually busy. This place is garbage. Extremely, insultingly long wait times for food, whether ordered ahead of time or in store. Always luke warm at best when you do get it. Honestly surprised how they have been able to stay open this long. Seems like they can't afford to pay their staff because its like they have 2 terrible cooks, and tiny kitchen with nowhere near enough equipment to support their volume. Straight trash management. This BWW though "possibly " shorthanded? (The manager was pulled into line cook support), saved my visit because the bartender who was serving tables around the bar as well, was outstanding! I base that opinion on 25 years of restaurant management experience. She was friendly, kmowledgable and HUSTLED! I left the restaurant business primarily because of the staffing issues/quality pre Covid but if I had a staff of her clones it would be an honor and a pleasure to manage that staff. Stephanie is her name and having just bought a house nearby, she has added a regular customer that previously was a lukewarm fan of BWW. To the manager on duty, I truly feel your pain but you had a great guest facing representative in Stephanie while you labored in the back of the house. I ordered a smash burger with pickles, sautéed onion ( because there was one onion sliver and cheese) with pickle slivers no taste . I am 63 years old and this is my first complaint on any restaurant ! All though the salt and vinegar potato wedges were awesome ! So disappointed ! It was ok… placed an order for pick up and it wasn’t great! I live about 20 minutes away but with some snow took a little longer than expected. Food was cold by the time I picked it up maybe no fault of there’s but they should have something that keeps it warm while waiting for pick up. Then drove home only to realize they forgot my large order of fries that came with my 20/20 wings and never put any blue cheese just threw a bunch of ranch dressing in the bag. Not sure I would go again being to Buffalo Wild Wings twice now and wasn’t impressed at all. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

We visited this Location on December 26th after placing an online order that stated it would be Ready by 6:30 PM. At about that time, I arrived at the restaurant and was told it would still be a few more minutes until the order was ready. I did not see anybody to speak to and nobody came back to check in with me until about 20 minutes, when the same girl who was originally at the takeout stand told me my order would be a few more minutes still. She must not have liked the fact that I didn't say Oh, that's OK or something similar because she just gave me a dirty look at that point. When she did come back to give me my food, which was about 10 minutes later, So now it's close to 7:05 PM, She had such a bad attitude and did not say a word and also almost dropped the bag of food in my hand without even making sure that I had a good grip on the bag. If f I didn't, The food would have fallen everywhere. Apparently, she was upset with me that I was annoyed that I had to wait 35 minutes past the online order time to actually receive my food. On my way out the door, I was told by a lady behind me that this same girl is so rude and that she acts that way every time this lady orders food. Upon returning home. I realized that our food was cold. Some of it was so cold that it could not even be eaten without being heated up and also there was sauce on wings that were not supposed to have sauce on them and we're supposed to have the sauce on the side. This led to my kids not being able to control the amount of sauce on the food so they didn't eat it. So then we're wondering what went on in the kitchen that my food was that cold because clearly the time that I waited wasn't for them cooking my food because my food. All of this resulted in wasted money and an unnecessary attitude by a very rude employee. Maybe times shouldn't be given if they can't be handled on time. Also, this girl should not be working the takeout counter if she can't handle a customer being upset for waiting 35 minutes past the order ready time. I have never been there where I didn't have to wait longer than promised for my food, but the employees were always polite and that makes a huge difference. To top it all offI went on the website and posted this exact thing but got no response, so I went onto their Facebook messenger, where they responded quickly and told me that someone would be in touch. That came a few days later, when at 10:16 PM on a Sunday night, while my whole house was sleeping for work and school, they called. Seriously, BWW. Food order took forever! My kid got a kids meal that came out and was almost all done by the time my 10pc wings were delivered. I keep coming back expecting different results, but the food continues to take a long time once ordered and the business was not even busy. The wings are usually tiny and with little meat compared to other local businesses. This time they were appropriate size but waited too long for them. My daughter and I went for my birthday dinner. This was the first time I had been there and will definitely return. Food was great and the service was even better. We also played trivia while we ate and stayed a little longer to play some extra questions. The good. Plenty of sauce on the wings. This is rare for Buffalo Wild Wings so I’ll give credit where credit is due. Waitress was friendly. The not so good. Food took unbelievably long to arrive. With only a handful of patrons at Noon on a Monday, 15 boneless wings took well over half an hour. Waitress did apologize so that was nice but really? Restaurant smelled like dirty cleaning cloths. I always come here and have good time and great food. We ordered onion rings they were over cooked and very oily. Not good. I ordered 10pc traditional wings and only got all drums no wings. They also came out cold. We got our food out before our drinks. Which never happens. Kids meal come out last and also cold. Service was very rushing us out as well. Like I said we always had a great experience here. Wish we had better.
