Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes after placing a mobile order over an hour before closing to get stared at by the worker for the entire thirty minutes with four cars behind me. He spent the entire time cleaning and hiding in the corner without speaking to me once, and then proceeded to shut all of the lights off and leave. It’s not even time for them to close yet.. if it says you close at 1am.. close at 1am. Don’t leave five people in your drive thru line without communicating once and just hide in the corner until you leave. Do not go to this Burger King EVER. Unbelievable. Stopped here just before noon, so you’d think they would be all geared up for the lunch customers. Ordered a bacon melt and chicken wrap. Wrap was fine. Bacon melt came out stone cold, cheese couldn’t even melt. Now I would be open to this being a one off, however we got the same thing last week and it was the same story. They also had me wait a little longer while they prepared this frozen treat. Unreal. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hard to understand their english. Food was cold and incorrect. Burger's cheese never melted by any means. And the fries were cold snd sitting around. Great area and clean resturaunt. I've never had a problem with this location unil today. I ordered a regular Whopper no tomatoes, pickles. So it didn't cross my mind that I need to check and make sure that my order is right because I'm a regular to the point that they already know what I'm going to order and they know my name but they gave me the IMPOSSIBLE Whopper 🤢. I noticed it tasted weird so when I look closer that's when I noticed they got my order wrong. Not even my cat would eat the plant base patty, I hate wasting food 🤦🏾‍♀️. I tried calling the location for over 45mins and NOBODY pick up the phone and the voicemail is FULL. I take public transportation to the next town over so it's not like it's easy for me to just go back there and complain in person. Service Take out

HOOORRIBLEEEEE !! They just heated the meat, built the sandwich all cold, cheese not even melted, cold bread and the bread seemed old and frozen. Horrible service, horrible place ! Wish I saw the review before of the mildew bread. You will get sick here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was at Drive Thur today 10/25/23 at 6:30 pm, a Brazilian girl (nothing against Brazilians, because I'm a Brazilian too), she treated me really badly, because I didn't know English well, she wasn't the one was helping me, but she left where she was and smiled in my face for not speaking correctly and then came back super rude. I looked for the manager and she said she was the manager, so I'll be calling to complain and I'll also leave my indignation here, I've never been through this, especially coming from an immigrant or if not, the parents are. The American lady who served me was excellent. I ask that if you have any doubts, look at the cameras and check the audio. Tried the new Classic Chicken sandwich for dinner and it's surprisingly good! Big crispy chunk of chicken that doesn't taste like fast food. I'm not usually a BK fan but this sandwich changed my outlook. Hubby liked the deluxe version too. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Wanted to try a Ch'King and donate forty cents to LGBTQ+ causes. And yes, I can do it on Sunday! The sandwich is pretty good although it had a little mystery chewiness in it, my shake terrific and the French fries also good. The store was very good and only had a couple of people in it. Restroom was clean. While the staff was okay, they certainly weren't very enthusiastic. Overall pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
