only fast food place that serves an impossible burger or any meat alternative really, so that’s the only reason i come. but why did i order online at 11:45, show up at 12:13 and they still have not started making my food? what’s the point of ordering online? i’m on my lunch break, so i thought if i ordered ahead, i could just pick it up (an entire half hour later for one burger and a small fry). just so annoying, does not make me want to get food here. Went there around 3pm on a Wednesday when the drive-thru was empty but my wife and myself. Ordered 2 sandwiches but, wouldn't have ordered any if I would have known that a whopper and a chicken sandwich was an inconvenience to this fine 5 star establishment. Drive thru lady seemed pissed that she had to get off her phone to provide us with service via drive-thru. Didn't greet us, told us our total, took my card, and shut the window. Handed us our food and my card with no comments and just shut the window to dismiss us. Didn't ask us if we wanted any ketchup packets or anything etc. Didn't give me a receipt either. It has to be the slowest restaurant on the planet. They can only do 1 order at a time... lunchtime...forget about it
