I waited for 20 minutes at the speaker till someone came. And when they did they never listen to what I said and asked like 4 times. Very very slow when there was ONLY 1 car in parking lot. Then waited in line another 20 minutes to get the food . Never ever going back to Soudrton Burger King again . It is not worth it

Got to the drive thru at 7:40 waited at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes to order even being the only person in line. After paying it took 15 minutes to get my food. Person in front of us was also waiting over 10 minutes. Staff needs better training or more employees. shouldn’t have to wait almost 30 minutes for fast food..

Everyone we order from this Burger King, we are always missing something.
We ordered tonight and we were missing soda as well as 1 frie.We went back to have it corrected and got attitude from manager and had to pay again for missing items.
Will never go there again and I hope it closes down!

I usually enjoy this Burger King but they have a new staff member, don't know the girls name, she has long dark red hair. She is the most miserable person I have ever encountered. I had my 5 year old there and she was saying the "f" word and being nasty to everyone. I really hope she doesn't last long, all the other staff are great.

I don't eat fast food often, and decided to stop in here on a whim, while I was running errands. I have to say I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall presentation for a fast food restaurant.
The staff was very friendly, no issues with my order. I feel it's important to recognize a business when they do very well as much as when they do very poorly but my experience here was very good.

I would give zero star if I could. On a Saturday night at 7.20 pm we waited 20 mins to be told she dint have employees and was so rude. she continued to say that she can’t run Burger King by herself . I am sorry how is that on the customer. also if you dint have employees then put up a board that says you are closed for the night. We were decent people and left without saying anything in return but the lady at Burger King was way out of line talking to a customer this way.
I bought 2 double whopper with cheese meals, with extra cheese, and largest size fries. Order was obviously wrong. $1.40 price difference for extra cheese in 2 sandwiches; but there was no extra cheese in any of the two double whopper sandwiches. Largest fries had $2.20 plus $2.20 = $4.40 price difference, but fries were regular size, not the largest.
I called their phone number and I explained their mistake, and they did not correct it. They just said they are sorry. I am not going there again. They literally charged me $5.80 extra for extra services that they did not give.
On the screen, the double whopper with cheese meal says $10.19 and they charged me $12.38. I did not get any extra cheese or large size fries. I asked them at the cash register and he said “he was confused”. Sorry, you lost a customer.

On behalf of my delivery driver friend, I must share this for the customers who order thru delivery apps. I was with my delivery friend on drive thru behind couple of cars. When our turn comes up, the attendant told him to come inside to collect the food as it was delivery app order. He told the person that he was waiting on the line for 8-10 minutes but attendant not listened. He collected the food from inside and told me that he knows the customer otherwise he would have cancelled the order. I felt very sad about my friend because the attendant was rude and it was questioning the dignity of a person.

Food is always cold or lukewarm. The shake machine has been broken for at least 2 weeks. Today, they gave me a sandwich with mold on the bun.
