I did a mobile order, had to wait about 10 mins for my food, didn't bring my drink out to the car with my food, was told to go inside and get it. Didn't have dr pepper like I ordered. Asked for ketsup didn't get, the inside by the drink machines was messy and sticky but my burger and fries was really good and fresh. Staff was more or less concerned with drive-thru. Had to wait for service, was with a friend of mine that wished to make an order but the cashier left before he could make an order. I ordered but I got the wrong order, it was supposed to be a sausage and bacon croissant and ended up with a double bacon sandwich that looked like it was flattened.
