Came in with husband two kids and mom twenty min before closing. I was told I need to buy at least three items if I wanted to stay there (20 min)so I did. I said can I get an extra cup and she goes you have to pay a dollar for an extra cup. I have never seen any establishment charge extra for a cup. Owner needs to be more polite.

In response to your feedback. I told you I was only there bc of long line/ twenty min wait at Shaburo and we were gonna leave right away in less than 20 min esp since you were closing in twenty min. I wasn't about to feed my two kids caffeinated or sugary drinks before going to a restaurant to eat dinner. If you have a rule that each person has to buy a drink you should post that on the door so people expect it before coming in. The reason I asked for extra cup was bc my kid wanted try a sip of the tea and the tea was too hot. It is obvious you treat your customers based on how much money they spend. Also, it seems from the responses you have given in previous reviews, you don't want to apologize for offending customers. Just goes to show what kind of person you are.

Great spot to do work. Has WiFi and outlets for charging (in certain tables). Parking is easy.

I’ve been coming here for their blue-shelled egg sandwiches. They sell out quickly. Be sure to get there early to grab some. Today, unfortunately, was not my lucky day. I decided to get avocado and morning toasts to go (which were recommendations from the owner.) I very much enjoyed the avocado one. I applied the remaining guac. on my other toast. Simply delicious! The store has a reward program in which depending on the total amount, you’ll receive stamps (free drink later on.) Excellent customer service as well. Don’t let 1 or 2 bad reviews keep you from trying out this place.

Love their vibe, and especially their lalabuck is exceptional. Moreover, the owner of this cafe is so sweet.
I hope they open late on weekdays as well. It's one of my real spots for it place recently.

I cannot say more than good things about Lala’s cafe.
Avocado Croissant Blue Egg is delicious.
Madeline are so good and the sweet potato filling Madeline is so good.
They are always a step ahead of me. When I think they should have more food or dessert selections I come back and is done.
They have more various of food or deserts.
The customer service is awesome!
Friendly, reasonable and kind service.
The owner is friendly and welcoming.
I have no pros for this place. Keep up the good service and food.

Fantastic cafe with ok coffee, relaxing atmosphere and delicious homemade sweets. While I didn't use it for working or studying, there were several people who did that.

As someone who lived in the area for almost 30 years, I didn’t have high expectations of yet another cafe opening in town. But boy was I wrong! The staff were all extremely nice and welcoming upon entering the cafe, and the ambience was quite cozy. I ordered their LaLa breakfast and was blown away. When I asked about the type of ingredients they used, the owner didn’t hesitate to explain everything in detail. It was quite obvious that they didn’t cut corners and only used high quality ingredients. As soon as I tried their red bean madeleines, I was floored and took some to take home to my family. These were a crowd pleaser, even to my two toddlers who are usually picky. I am looking forward to my next visit there soon! :)

Lovely new cafe in Palisades Park! Every little detail is thought out, from the interior, cup design, sourcing of milk and coffee beans, and menu. The owner really tries to give the absolute best quality and service to her customers. Love this place!

I never had this fresh/creamy latte before in this bergen county. The Einspanner was surprisingly delicious. First time trying this coffee and it was so good. The milk was so fresh and had flavor texture and the macha cake was very think and rich.
Highly recommended to try the unique madeleine.
They have Ube (purple yam) and red bean filling. Both of them are the perfect sweetness.
You should try it out don’t miss it!
