Very beautiful place, specially if you with your kids and dog it is complete because you can be at the terras and the view is 180 degree het gooise Heide, but the personal was a little unfriendly, when i went to order and when i ask for a late dish, but anyway it is nice place and beautiful view Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Easy going, very cozy interior with amazing expanding summer terrace, pizza oven and nice range of wines and beers. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. You have products coming from one of the best farm of Noord Holland, together with local in combination with top quality imported ones. Enjoy - highly recommended!! Went for the 3 course meal. Highly recommend the pâté, the slow cooked pig (excellent sauce and creamy mash with veg to crisp perfection) and the stroopwafel with ice cream. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the patio heater where we sat wasn’t working. The cheesecake was a little bland and would benefit from a citrus or fruit tangy glaze jelly to cut through and refresh the palate. All in all, the kitchen turns out good dishes, service is timely and the location is very special.

We had a lovely borrel in summer so we went back for a lunch this time. We were with 2 kids and we all enjoyed the food and ambience. They had a good menu ,decent drinks and friendly staff. Beautiful nature with a lot of possibilities to relax. The cafe is in the middle of this forest and they have a great variety of wines and drinks. They also offer fresh mint and ginger tea. If you planing to go out with the family for a nice walk or picnic this place will help you through the day to stop for a toilet and a drink.
