My favorite coffee shop in the Cocoa Beach area! Cafe Surfinista is a short walk from the ocean itself, so it's easy to grab a drink to go for a beach walk — plus they've made the most of a cute patio area to enjoy the fresh air on site, along with ample indoor seating to get out of the Florida heat when necessary. Basically: There's a spot for everyone on every kind of day. All the drinks and food we've ordered have been delightful. Particular fans of the mocha. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for lunch through a recommendation from my bf on the breakfast and lattes. Unfortunately the lunch menu is not very good. We had the San Miguel burrito and bean burger; it was the worst burrito I’ve ever had. We both couldn’t finish it despite our hunger. The bean burger was a little dry but better than the burrito. Expensive for what you get... avocado toast was average but the Acai bowl was good. Coffee a bit to roasted, at least for me. The place is nice though, it has a nice ambient and setting. We were looking forward to this place, but didn’t feel welcomed. The staff thought their personal conversations were more important than taking our order. When we were finally acknowledged, she was rude. Besides that first interaction, the place itself is cute. Lots of seating and an adorable outdoor patio. I’m not sure if we would go back to give it a second try, because there are plenty of cute coffee shops in the cocoa beach area with hopefully better staff. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
