The food is great! The online ordering process is easy, the delivery of the food is always 30-45 minutes late! Very frustrating! It's not the delivery service. I called the restaurant when the orders have been 30 minutes late and they said they were very busy. They were just starting to make my order! It’s such a good place to eat, very pretty and clean the people were also really nice with us and even speak Spanish to my parents. Alejandro was really nice and help us a lot, I would definitely come back. Favorite place to eat !!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the employees made our experience great. He cleared our table and made sure we had everything we needed. He took the visit from a 3 star to a 5 star. Besides the employee the food was not the greatest. I got the new BBQ brisket sandwich and there was hardly any meat. One side of my sandwich was just slaw and the other side had a small amount of meat. The parts with meat, slaw, and pickles tasted great but that was only two or three bites. Hit the Zupas just before the rush. It's popular. The view is great looking out at the Wasatch Peaks. The soups and salads are tasty, but the sandwiches leave you thinking "Where's the Meats?". Two thin slices of something...really! All I could taste was the bread and it wasn't wheat like I asked for. Oh well. Zupas is always a favorite of ours. The service is always exemplary and the food is made fresh. We especially love doing the try 2 combo so we can get a soup and sandwich or salad and sandwich. Our go to favorites are the ultimate grilled cheese, brisket grilled cheese, clam chowder, and summer harvest salad. Pros: friendly staff, fresh ingredients Cons: every meal has such a small amount of meat it's horrible! If you ask for more, they'll charge you $4 for another couple tablespoons of meat, I'm not kidding. Check out how much meat they put on my salad: three small cubes the size of quarters. How embarrassing! At that point your advertisement is false due to the photos showing generous amounts of meat for each meal. The soup was undercooked, all the vegetables were hard and crunchy. They also try and shove their app down your throat so they can sell your data and make additional $$$.Seriously, they make their staff part time salespeople trying to get you to download the app. Price per person $10–20

This store, unlike the other one near here, actually knows how to serve quality food and clean up around the lobby. I applaud the gentleman who use to work at Rio, who admittedly knows the higher standard of keeping a clean lobby. choose somewhere else to eat. i’m kind of appalled at the lack of management and training here. husband and i paid almost $40 for two try two meals and a drink. they charged us for more expensive sandwiches than we got, as well as “soup mix ins” which was $2 !!!! for cheese sprinkles!!!! i understand overwhelm but this is ridiculous. we were backed up in the line for about 10 minutes while it’s usually two or three any other day. the soda machine was also flat and we weren’t given any sense of urgency to replace it. also no refund on our $4 drink. the strawberry harvest salad had maybe five tiny strawberries in it. the plates and bowls were also visibly grimy and dirty. i will never ever come back. This review is about the Zupas ordering experience. While the employees did a good job managing the dinner rush, the way you order is very ineffective. You first or salads or sandwiches, then you move down the line to order soups. Then there is a section for deserts and then you have to tell another employee everything you ordered again so that they can pull it off the counter (where it has been sitting since you ordered it) and then prepare a tray for you and then you pay. By the time we sat down our food was cold and items that had been made for us had been pulled off the line by other employees and then we ended up with incorrect items and we were missing food at check out. They made everything right in the end after visiting the counter 3 times but it seems like there could be a better way. In the end the full salad was the same size as a half salad and the rest of the food was ok. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
