We had the Cafelito’s Mocha (iced) and El Doblete. Both were delicious. The Mocha is definitely geared towards gringos and is super refreshing. The double espresso shot with the sugar topping is the real Cuban experience, muy bueno!

Nice cafe off the main drag. Had the cubano sandwich and iced cafe con leche. Both were very good. Service was fairly quick.

AVOID. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Young lady seemed nice enough, but addressed me with somewhat condescending “buddy”. I inquired how much chocolate they used, which she said 2 pumps. I asked for 1-1/2 pump. First mocha was a bit sweet, somewhat milky, and hardly robust flavor of coffee. Went ahead and ordered another mocha with less chocolate (1 pump), not as hot and 2 guava pastries. We ate are pastries although a bit greasy. Afterwards, my wife sipped the second mocha, handed it to me, and asked me to try. I took a sip and SPIT it out on the sidewalk! SCORCHING HOT! I returned to the window and explained to the young lady. She stood there… dumbfounded! I reiterated. She replied, and? I reiterated. “Oh! We can make another. No problem.” I’ve never encountered such attitude. We walked off. AVOID this place.

Extremely slow window service. Restaurant is under renovation. After about 50 minutes the sandwiches arrived, the order was wrong and cold. Find another place unless you have lots of time.
