We visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and the service is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The display of cakes in the window is visually appealing, and there is a wide variety of sweet options to choose from. We opted for a selection of cakes and hot drinks. The drinks were enjoyable and the cakes were good (but not exceptional). The main drawback of Cafe Concerto is its pricing which it is on the expensive side. While the service and ambiance are commendable, the price point may not justify the overall experience for all customers. We were pretty tired and wanted somewhere to sit and relax with a hot drink and this was perfect. Not too crowded with well spaced seats. Chilled staff but not unresponsive and did check on us. We had their special hot chocolates which were very good. They were nice and hot and came with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Just what we were looking for and a nice change to crowded coffee chains
