Best authentic Cajun gumbo around. Great hushpuppies and Cajun potato salad was great too… The owner is very personable and so was his wait… better Cajun food then I have paid twice as much for in Saint Joe at Bourdeaux… this place is very authentic. Date night at Cajun Food Coma. Food was delicious!! Finally made it over to try their food. Not just Cajun Spiced food, but a Cajun Bayou flavor profile. Great service and a great dinner. I was a little skeptical at first, but I got the blackened shrimp poboy and the mac and cheese bites. I'll have to get a half sandwich next time for sure, but both items were great, especially for being in Kansas. The owner seems like a cool guy, and chatted with me while I waited for my order to be made. This is a great small business to support. Talk about AUTHENTIC!! wow! I couldn’t say enough nice things about this place!
