Ordered through Uber eats for delivery. I asked for no lettuce and my sub was full of lettuce. I did call to let them know, and they explained that the kitchen was really busy and I must’ve just missed that. I’ve ordered in the past and received the wrong bread. When I called that time just to let them know, I guess I spoke to an owner who was very nice and told me if I was in the area stop by and they would give me a sandwich but I don’t get over that way often. I ordered lasagna for later today so I will see how that is. I ate the sandwich anyway regardless of the lettuce and it was quite good. Other than that. Ordered small original cheesesteak and hot sub of ham, turkey and cheese. It was hard to hear the cashier with nosy background but order put in and waited about 10 minutes, was reasonable lunch. They use high end but still grocery store brand Boar’s Head meat and not their own and local bakery for bread. Nothing seems done ‘in house’. The cheesesteak was hot and decent ratio of veggies, to meat to cheese. Tasty enough. The hot ham wasn’t hot at all and was ordered ‘panini press’ to ensure meltyness. Was too much bread for paltry meat serving. Nothing special for these almost $20 a piece sandwiches. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I really enjoyed the sandwich, and I think it was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in the DMV. The bread was really fresh, and there was a solid amount of each component of the sandwich from the meat to the toppings to the dressing. The sandwich was made quickly but I felt like the staff was a bit unhelpful. However, it didn’t seem like something where it was extremely rude and it’s just a sandwich shop so I don’t expect five star service in that department anyways, I would definitely go back for more! I have not been able to physically go to this deli but I have been able to order it through Uber eats. The Italian sub was delicious. Very tasty. I would add pepperonis to it and then it would be top notch. The chicken salad was missing something I couldn't really put my finger on it. Maybe a little extra spice in there would have done the trick. The mini black and white cookie and I mean MINI for $2.50. I think they should double the size.
