My experience here was mainly due to my server. Jessica was her name. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu and an all around great person. Jessica is an asset to your business and is the main reason that I will be back. Very attentive. My food was fresh, hot, served in a timely manner. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Best salad and soup bar in town! We love coming here for lunch for their salad and soup buffet bar. We always enjoy or time and their service. The food is fresh and they provide a large variety of different salads and soups to choose from. Plus their garlic butter bread biscuits are delicious. So my daughter and her boyfriend decided to take me out to eat. We decided on going to Captain Joes in Baxley. We ordered and got some food off the salad bar. We waited awhile for our food and when it came out two of the plates were cold! They did have a crowd of 50 in the back. Our waitress said she didn’t have the back room. I guess the cooks were not equipped that night. I did let the waitress know our food was cold and she did take off a bit due to that error in cooking. We did appreciate that.
