Excellent food, high quality ingredients, and good cooking. Highly recommend the pollo a la brasa with aji sauce, never tasted anything like it before, seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. The street corn I got as a side was also excellent, very well seasoned. The rice and beans are fresher and lighter than I could've imagined them being. Definitely going to come back regularly - I'm gluten free so I'm very happy to have a place I can order multiple different items. One meal plus one Jarritos soda each for myself and one other was $43 including a 20% tip, and we both had two meals out of each order.

Not only is the food delicious, but the couple that run this restaurant are the nicest people you will find! My wife daughter and I went there for lunch after giving blood and they took care of us like we were family! The portions were enough for 2 meals and the best chicken and pork I've had, and the Caribbean Mac, whatever it was, was so darn good!! 🤤🤤🤤

Possibly the best food I've had in Johnson City... These folks are passionate about what they do and the flavors are just fantastic. Service is super fast and the portions on the platters are massive too! Highly recommend
