This place isn't the best compared to the other carls across town. If you do go here, it's better to go during the day. I have never had any issues with the carl's across town, so I highly recommend to just go to that one instead. It's not much of an extra drive if you're just passing through. Generally, the people working there tend to be pretty grumpy, even during the day. I don't know if I have ever had someone with a pleasant attitude here. Attitude isn't everything to me though, but it does bother me when you ask for a sauce packet and they ask you why you want sauce. Like, to eat with my food with, why else? In general though, the food tends to come out great during the day. Whoever works as the chef during the day always does a great job, I have never had any issues with my food, customizations or no. During the night however, I would advise against going here and just drive to the one across town instead. The girl that works there always has a really bad attitude, and I have had food that I have asked for with no lettuce and tomato, and it is on there anyways. When I told them that it was made wrong, they just told me that it was my fault. If I could rate day and night seperately, I would put food at 5 stars during the day, and food at around 2 stars during the night shift. As for service, it would be 1 star during the night and 2 stars during the day.
