Tried to use my debit card at the register inside the c-store. The cashier tells me they've been having issues with it not reading chipped cards. It will not read my chip or the magnetic strip. She then starts talking down to me as if I'm doing something wrong. Moves me to another register. Does the same thing. She then gets frustrated with me when I tell her I'm finished trying and turn to walk out. IF YOU KNOW YOU'RE EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY FIX IT!!!! Service: 1

Went in to get a donut for my 4 year old. Got it, on the way to the register a red headed lady announced the internet was down and they can only take cash which we did not have on us. At this moment she was presented with 2 decisions, lose money on the donut, but satisfy a customer and a little child, or lose money on the donut by throwing it away since we touched it and disatisfy a customer and make a 4 year old cry. She chose to disastify the customer, make a 4 year old cry and throw the donut away. You don't want someone like this representing your company. The short hair lady was super nice though, you could tell she felt bad and would of given the child the donut. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the filthiest Casey’s I’ve ever been in. No paper towels at the pump. No windshield washer fluid. Diesel fuel all over the pump handle and a lot of spillage around the pump. Shoes full of diesel now. Bathrooms were absolutely trashed and gross. Im usually a Casey’s fan but this one set be back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Restrooms are terrible. Counter person acts like it's a bother to check you out. Worst Casey's I've been to. Won't waste my time stopping here again!! Obviously new management in this location. Pizza and sandwich warmers are often empty. Donut case is filthy, there’s never any cookies anymore. Trashes at the pumps always full. Gas pumps are iffy, never know if they’re going to work for the day. Most of the cashiers don’t even know how to work the trendar, and look at customers like they’re the dumb ones. Very nasty toilet paper left on floor instead of dispenser/very unsanitary mens restrooms/overall just filthy store that should be shut down!!!! Worst kept caseys on earth. Trash cans at the gas pumps overflowing. Leftover food in the foot path of people entering the building. Clogged up toilets and flies buzzing all over the restrooms. This place is notorious for trucks blocking the driveway when not getting fuel. They have no windshield washer fluid no squeegee no paper towels in bath room not to mention the nasty mens room urinal running all over the floor toilet paper on the floor if they have any paper towels the trash is running over with them tonight they had a roll of toilet paper sitting up there to wipe your hands on . Half of their pumps are out of order on the plus side the parking lot is well lit Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
