This is a Casey’s I use a lot. Tonight needed to fill w gas, I used my points, 1800 and something. I didn’t to use it all but the app did by itself. The clerk scanned it. I should have gotten 37 cents off. Gas was 2.69. It did not do it. I went in two times asking the clerk “hey something is wrong” she tells me “ it will take it off once u start filling with gas” so I go back n start filling. The pump show regular amount and not the 37 cents discount. I go back in again I say “ hey something is wrong, I have been here many a times and use Casey’s so I know how the pumps work” “ it’s not forking” she says “its a glitch “ I ask “ how can it be fixed” she says “ to call Corporate” which is impossible , long wait times, on hold for 20 minutes or or more or no answer at all. I have earned these points by buying coffee daily and other items n you reward me this way! Either. Fix your system because it’s always down or something wrong! Staff are always waiting for corporate to fix things. Do so! Or I ll go back to QT! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Says its open until 12pm but when you show up at 6am 7am there closed so is google wrong when it says your open Bathrooms are always dirty and disgusting never clean even when they say ee promise a clean bathroom Constantly says they're hiring but when you go to ask them if they're hiring they will tell your there training people and to come back later woudnt even bother trying to get a job there been trying for 3 years I temp had a job there but they would tell me come in on these days I do they tell me well teach you they didn't I stoped showing up cuz they litteretly expect you to know what to do they DO NOT TEACH YOU WHAT TO DO ITS ABSURED AND A WASTE OF TIME FREEZERS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY AND YOU CAN SEE THE ITEMS IN THE BACK THEY DO NOT RESTOCK THE CUPS SAUCE CONTANERS OR CERTAIN FOOD ITEMS SMELLS LIKE A RANCH WHEN YOU WALK IN very good people tho good custimer service but only if you know the people Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I stop here several times a week. The bathrooms are always disgusting and never smell clean. The Employees are always standing around talking instead of helping, cleaning, stocking etc. Needs new Management and Employees re-evaluated and either retrained or terminated.Since nothing has been done I added photos of the bathroom this time. I also want to make a not that squeegee for windshield are all bent so cant wipe away water because no cleaner but plenty of trash and plain water was in windshield washer well.This place needs a new manager, and staff!

The lady at Casey’s tonight is horrible. She does not help, and does not really look for what you ask for in the coolers because they can’t stock anything. She gives dirty looks when you tell her they had what you asked for earlier (not much earlier in the evening). There are only a few people that actually care to help. They have pretty well lost all of my business. I would much rather go somewhere else to buy drinks then waste my time in here. If I could give this review a negative rating I would. The manager here does not help when she is there. She just sits in the office. She could at least stock or do something instead of waiting to come out of the office when other people go to the front to help ring people up. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The last few times I've been in this store it has really gone down hill, no receipt paper at the pumps, always have to ask for a bag for your products and a receipt at the register, and when you do the employees act like you interrupted their break, the trash cans at the pump are full an just plain stinking and I mean stinking water in the windshield cleaning tanks at pumps. The place has really gone WAY down hill since Richard left. This store has lost ALL my business until they clean it up an get REAL help in there!!!! Signed, REALLY ticked off customer
