Our server didn't have any time for us. She abruptly put menus down, flew away and took awhile for her to come back to take our order. She had no personality. She never came back to see how things were. Never came back to see if we needed drink refills. One of the people at our table had to get up and go to the bar to get a different drink because the raspberry ice teas were not good. Nobody took our drink order for 15 minutes the drinks came out and it was like whatever it’s Friday the waitress left and came back 15 minutes later to get our food in 40 min later our food came back bone cold. First they gave us our stale old appetizer to which the waitress said “oh you just got those” 10 minutes later my burger came out cold my fries where piping hot I worked at a restaurant and know the trick, if the food sits forever just throw out the old fries and put on new ones so they think the meal is fresh. It’s a waiter trick used when they were too busy in the cooler hitting the blinker or smoking cigarettes to give out the finished food. It was clearly done at the same time. Came back 30 minutes later with a box and I pulled out my card, she ran off. Came back 30 minutes later with the pay thing, the last 30 minutes I had been staring at my bone cold burger I took two bites out of. The pay thing she set on the table and stared at my brother who opted out of tipping, she loudly said ouch then stared me down to pressure me into tipping. I didn’t yield and tipped $0.48 and left without making eye contact. It was the single most awkward dinning experience of my life, and we were either ignored or forgotten about after each interaction to the point we spent 80 bucks on food to cold to eat. My first experience at champs was great, I know it was Friday but come on… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Foods good. Came in for late night happy hour, one of the few people in there that late, took me 15 min to get a drink, another 15 for my order, and another 15 for my check. Really decent bar fare or slightly better in a comfortable and inviting environment. As long as you like sports style bars with TV's everywhere. Service is good, wait staff is very friendly. Food was ok. Very basic restaurant food. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us often even though the place was pretty busy. The atmosphere was odd, not a fan of the seating arrangement. Ordered the bourbon burger. omg it was an amazing, excellent flavor cooked just the way I wanted it. The atmosphere is great. I sat inside, but they had a live band outside. Waitress was great, always smiling and checking on her customers. Good drinks. Good service. The patio has enough space between tables that you don't feel like you're sitting on eachothers laps, which is great. Southwestern burger is delightful! This was a pick up delivery. Ordered hamburgers and mozzarella sticks. Service was fast and food was ready when I arrived. When I got home, the bottom bun was soggy and wet. We removed the toppings and bottom bun. The pickle juice made our bun soggy and less desirable for eating. We are less than half our burgers. Food was delicious. Waiter was great. The 77 was made perfect. No complaints from us. We have gone back a few more times and still great food and awesome wait staff. Let me tell you our waitress Kara (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was awesome. She made our experience at Champps so enjoyable. Today was our first time eating there and she made it great. My fiance ordered the Kale Salmon salad and she loved it. I ordered the slow-cooked ribs and it was delicious. We decided to order some dessert to share and it was delicious as well.. I highly recommend you check this place out. If you have the opportunity ask for Kara, nothing against the other waiter/waitress staff, she was ours and her first impression was amazing.
