Food was very average. Don’t get the creamy spinach. The ambiance is pretty cool, the music is LOUD but at least it was a good mix. Over-priced for the quality. The dry aged steak is amazing. It’s cooked in cherry and oak wood 🔥The truffle mac and cheese was amazing. The octopus was both tender and crispy. The pizza was very solid. The s’mores desert cake was moist and sweet but not too dense. I highly recommend Charkol! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waiter name was James. He was phenomenal. Food was great. I had the portehouse for 2 and it was cooked to perfection. Appetizers were very good.We had the pork belly and the charcuterie board. I wanted to love this place. The atmosphere is nice. The waiters were nice. The experience and food did not meet my expectations. I booked a 930 reservation on a Saturday 3 days in advance, which they had available. I was told special menu options, then told they had no more. I wanted to add a lobster tail, I was told they had no more. Then it was explained to me how many they sold that day and that I should have come earlier as if they would change my disappointment. I then had to substitute the bacon special for pork belly on the menu, which came out cold. I then wait another half hour for a dried-aged- tomahawk, that had no salt or pepper. I was offered some, which helped. I substituted the lobster-tail for scallops/shark, which were good. The fries were the best part of dinner. Not one accommodation given. The place has potential. Heard so many great things about this restaurant but was disappointed. Ordered the octopus appetizer and it was very salty. The pork belly was very good. We ordered the tomahawk steak for two, ribeye and skirt steak. The steaks were served barely warm and had to ask for sides that were missing from the order and lastly we waited an additional 15 minutes for the skirt steak to arrive. Phenomenal restaurant. Hands down some of the best food you’ll have. The Tomahawk is incredible, truly some of the finest steak I ever had. The atmosphere is great and the waitstaff is so friendly. You must eat here!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent first time there. food was great. Short rib Gnocchi is a must. Pizza was awesome. Steak was up there with the better steak houses in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
