Today was my first time ordering online from this restaurant. I ordered two regular the Chicken California sandwiches; one with everything on it and the second sandwich with modifications; both were very stuffed. However, I did walk in gave my name and my order was given to me without having to show the confirmation. I was handed someone else’s order told the person it wasn’t mine then was given the right order. Also, my wife was correct that your establishment profiled her as I was not treated the same. Nor did the person who came in after me was not required to show proof of the confirmation email. If it’s your policy to show proof to deter fraud or theft then have all customers show proof instead of profiling certain people. The first time we ate from here it was via door dash, and I was extremely impressed by the flavors and portion size. It was outstanding! I don't eat here often, but that will change based on my experience. The ladies at the counter were so accommodating with out any provocation. The simple act of asking if I want more or less ice without me prompting is a great example of people who understand the customer. They didnt do anything over the top, but the chill professionalism was appreciated. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
