I don't understand how I ordered a Bacon 3 cheese with nobody else in line as of yet, 15 minutes later, they forgot to make my food and skipped me. This location on Ft. Irwin is trash. And needs better management.

This place needs to update its hours of operations. Say they open at 11, more like 1130 or whenever they feel like opening. Supposedly closes at 1800, they close at 1700...maybe AAFES should just move them out of their present location. Go Fort Irwin.

I ordered a chicken California it took them a while just to order and the grill looked already dirty the old guy with the stash doesn’t scrape it every time he makes a sandwich the taste was a little funky I’m not gonna lie like the cheese was bad plus the chicken was burnt I understand that they don’t care n probably think that soldiers can pretty much eat trash but isn’t fair that they sell this stuff for that price I’m definitely not coming back to this location Service Dine in
