I don’t ever leave bad reviews but my ribs were mostly fat I couldn’t even eat them. My husband got the T-bone steak and said it wasn’t flavored well and there were some hard parts he couldn’t even eat. Our waiter hardly checked on us and our glasses sat empty for a while and when he finally brought new drinks he didn’t bring me the right drink. I told the waiter I couldn’t even eat my ribs and he kept asking if I wanted a box to take it home and maybe someone else would eat them. I had to pay for food that I couldn’t even eat. My family and I ate here on Sunday 1/28 and it was great! It wasn't busy when we were there, our waitress was wonderful, food portions were huge! I really feel like we got what we paid for, which was reasonably priced in my opinion. They were very accommodating to us considering we have my mamaw with us in a wheelchair. I've been to other locations of Cheddar's previously, but this is the best one so far. Beautiful restaurant with that feels warm and cozy. Staff were super attentive and friendly. I ordered the chicken pot pie for lunch and it was fabulous. Flaky, crispy crust chock full of chicken, carrots and peas. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to my chicken pot pie but this was a winner. My husband had fried chicken and it was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered the watermelon margarita which was delicious and acted as my dessert.. 😂 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I love this restaurant, we do not have these where I live in PA, but when I visit my family in KY I always make it a point to dine here at least once. The wait staff are attentive and the food is great. The restaurant is fairly new and has a nice decor, including a large fish tank with cichlids. 2022: Went here again and loved 😍 it. Coconut Shrimp 🍤 was crispy, and delicious. Our waitress Farryn was very attentive and efficient. Awesome! Will definitely go again. 2023: Still our favorite when in the area. I really like the fried 🍤 and chicken 🐥 tenders. I also tried the broccoli 🥦 and cheese 🧀 casserole. Highly recommended place! Top notch customer service and satisfaction as well as delicious and quality food! Hunter, the manager, stopped by just to check on me and socialize a little bit. The waitress, Leilani, is a genuine sweet lady! She checked on me countless times to verify that I was still doing good and to see if I needed anything in addition. Even the gentleman who brought my order of steak and ribs took the time to cut up with me a little bit in a good, positive way. All the staff here that I've encountered are awesome and have a great way of making you feel very welcome here. They take their jobs seriously, and it stands out. Was told wait would be 30 minute wait for a half empty restaurant. Table was sticky. Ribs were served cold, ordered a well done steak and it was medium at best. Sent both back Server was great. Drink refills were done in to go cups as they ran out of clean glasses. Ate here 6 months ago and it was much better... We ordered take out, but sat for appetizers and drinks. The restaurant was packed. The atmosphere was great, I didn't want to leave. Staff are friendly and attentive. We fried cheese curds while we waited. Delicious. We ordered the 16pc chicken strip bundle with broccoli cheese casserole and cheesey bacon fries.
