Gina is the best! I work at a local wedding venue and she is the most reliable vendor to our clients, and her cakes are as delicious as they are stunning!! She recently provided my cousin's engagement party with a beautiful vintage heart-shaped cake and it was perfect (wish I got more photos). She's professional, friendly to work with and so talented.

Chef Gina was so kind and easy to work with. I sent her a few photos of what I had in mind for a birthday cake, and she was able to create something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Not to mention that the cake was beyond delicious! We got so many compliments on how pretty the cake was and how good it tasted. I highly recommend Chef Gina's Bakeshop for any event you made need a cake for. Her work is sure to impress and leave you wanting more! Gina did an absolutely perfect job with our cake! It was exactly what we asked for at a very reasonable price! Whoever said wedding cakes don't taste good clearly have not met Gina because it tasted amazing! The banana cake with strawberry icing in particular was a crowd favorite!!!

I am so glad we hired Chef Gina as our baker for our wedding day! She created the most beautiful cake that was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all our guests! Her communication was phenomenal and she offered wonderful suggestions along the way when it came to flavor combinations and design elements (even up until the day before the wedding when I started to question the design I chose!). Gina catered desserts for my wedding, on November 3, 2023. I have to say she definitely exceeded not only me, the bride, and also the grooms expectations, but she blew away all of the guests with how wonderful not only the taste of the desserts was, but the appearance as well.
