I am so pleased with the service at this fine establishment. My rental car got a flat tire, so we were left outside for 2 hours because Alamo Rental cars didn’t get us a 6 person Uber. The staff were so accommodating and helpful when we were in need. They gave us cookies and they let us know they were there if we needed anything. McKenzie was so exceptional, we are so thankful. Great service... The owner must do a better job of quality control. The chicken salads makes my wife and I sick every time we eat it. My kids refuse to eat at this place again, but will eat at the burlington location in the mall, its like they know something is wrong with the food. I went inside my first Chick-fil-A yesterday. Immediately upon walking inside, I realized that this place was a clear notch above other fast food restaurants. I didn't realize places like this existed. I'm not sure what their secret is, but clearly they outperform any other fast food place in service and atmosphere. There was a swarm of friendly, happy employees tending to everything in sight, customers, cleanliness, orders. How can they be performing at this level when all the other fast food restaurants have simply fallen apart since "the pandemic"? Best fast food establishment I've been in. Without a doubt the best fast food chicken sandwich. There's a reason they are closed on Sundays and still outperform McDonald's! The Spicy Deluxe is to die for. The service is outstanding! Chikfila has gluten free (“gf”) buns, the fries are also gluten free. I got a grilled chicken supreme sandwich - it’s got bacon and cheese - and I added an extra chicken breast. This location is fast, convenient off of I95, it is very easy to exit if you are driving northbound.
