This location was amazing when they first opened! Service was speedy and food was great. I always use mobile thru and wait times have gotten longer and longer. Today I waited so long I almost left because I had to get to work. I expect to wait forever at McDonald’s because I’m paying for cheap food and not service, but chick fil a’s prices are so high that I definitely expect more. The one in Westfield is slower which makes sense because it’s so busy, but today at this one there were maybe a total of 5-6 cars. 🫠 Employees also just seem tired and they don’t do the “my pleasure” thing, which was a hallmark of chick fil a Food is good though. I did get undercooked hash browns today but that’s the first time so I’m not worried about it Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I like this location but it would be nice if fries are thin and crispy. This is general consensus in my large family as we all eat at Chik-Fil-A.

I love this Chick-fil-A. I have one closer to where I work but I prefer the West Carmel location. The crew are always smiling, kind, helpful and obviously love their job. Something about a positive atmosphere makes your food taste better, not that the food isn't already excellent! Bypass the Pyramid location and hit the Chick-fil-A on 99th and Michigan.
