The place is seemingly well maintained and organized. The issue was the food. Having had a great experience in the Westbury store I found the food in the Farmingdale store luke warm with a stale bun. I usually have a positive experience when I go to Chick-Fli-A, but today I did a mobile order which I always do but when I went up to the drive through window they told me to pull over to one of the designated parking areas and someone will bring me out my food. After pulling into the designated parking spots and waiting five minutes for my food to be brought out, I ended up having to go inside and let them know that no one ever bought me my food. 1 star is 1 too many. I ordered for $105 and drive 15 minutes home only to find no sauce in any of the bags. I asked the young lady handing me the bag, “you got me on the sauce “? She said “it should be in there”. IT WAS NOT. The young man who took the order asked me what sauces and I specifically told him the flavor and quantity. When I call the restaurant, the manager isn’t there and the kitchen director apologized asked me to drive back to get sauce after we sat down on the dinner table. He said the restaurant manager would call me back as there was nothing more he could do. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM PICK UP WINDOW TO KITCHEN DIRECTOR. Good food and quick service, but that might be because we went at 11am. We dined in and as we were eating, a worker was walking around the tables asking each customer if they enjoyed their food and if they needed anything. This location has good tasting food and service. Unfortunately recently my order was missing a sandwich, so I called them about the incident. Nolan was understanding on the phone and gave me a digital voucher for a free replacement sandwich. This was our first time here and having Chick-fil-A. The manager over heard us say that and he gave us our meal for free. It was the nicest gesture, we were floored. We never had someone do this and it just shows how they really care about their customer service and customers. I will absolutely come back. Nice clean location. With amazing staff. To bad the food was lacking. Order 1 spicy chicken large meal and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich large meal..Compared to her chicken my spicy chicken was absolutely tiny for a $6 sandwich. The bread should not be larger then the chicken. Also it was no very hot and we at it there. The Fries were half filled for a large very disappointing. Hey I usually try to give more successful and profitable fast food chains a hard critique. In this situation this 5 star review is definitely hard to earn but out of all the chic' franchises opened on long island this one stands out as a standard of excellence with all the other locations looking up. I personally have received exceptional service at this specific restaurant and it is hard to find a more customer friendly service experience. On a macro level I would love to see this company do more community give back because from the looks of things these restaurants are extremely profitable.
