The service at this location has been horrible these last few visits, got home whole order was wrong! Called and complained they gave me customer care order. Then came to get my order the manger never put it in. Say for 25 min waiting on my order. The guy through the drive thru said he couldn’t do it. Went through the drive thru Saturday evening, ordered 2 salads and a kids meal with chocolate milk. We get home and one salad was completely wrong but they put the correct add ons the side like they should. The milk was white milk, and there was no utensils. Not a huge deal unless we was not home. Went by today and again ordered 2 salads. They was made correctly but one of the add ons was missing and they gave only one utensil packet. We had somewhere to be so we ended up sharing the fork to eat what we could before we had to go into our appointment. Staff is always friendly and professional, just not sure what is up with the salads being correctly done with everything you should be getting with them. This is my favorite restaurant. I absolutely enjoy the food…. Whenever there is a problem with my order they never hesitate to fix the issue. And not only that the staff is excellent. Their infrastructure can't keep up with the volume anymore. The line wraps around the building multiple times so you'll be waiting ~10 minutes minimum in the drive through and they're trying to phase out dining in. Awesome as all Chick-fil-A's are! I usually order by app and pick up inside. I find this easier and more enjoyable than waiting through the always packed drive thru. New layout makes it difficult to eat in so I have been ordering ahead(drive through) which makes it difficult to complain when there is an issue with the order. Also they have been shorting the waffle fries. The container has not been filled completely the last few times I have been. They should ensure the fry containers are filled properly.
