I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese, and all I got was a sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese, but NO CHICKEN. Isn't this a Chick-fil-A? The "Chick" is in the name, but apparently they don't think it needs to be in your sandwich. Their offer to make it better is for me to drive back to the store and get a replacement. Not at all convenient. This isn't even the first time.
