This is the second time we've come before 10:30 and told we can't get breakfast. I don't understand how if breakfast ends at 10:30 and we get there before we're rudely told it's cut. At the very least they could've been nicer about it but the dude goes uhhh we still serving breakfast and the lady doesn't even do more than glance behind herself to say that it's cut because they dont know what they have left and so we leave without even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything and as we're leaving in our car the guy keeps looking and squinting at us as he's walking by making faces. Honestly the service here lately is mcdonalds level, if I wanted rude service I'd go there. It definitely wasn't an issue for breakfast items and they were more worried about all the people waiting for lunch. Last time we complained about this same issue there was also no response. To sum it up -> got there and was ordering before 10:30 and told it was cut, rude staff with bad attitude and for some reason making weird faces at us as we're in our car leaving(like full body turns and squinting/squishing face??), and 2nd time this has happened with no response or at least a little professionalism in the responses. As with every Chick-fil-A, the drive through is a well oiled machine. The food is always fresh. Sometimes the grilled chicken market salads are not at their best, with too many greens and few berries. But most of the time the food and service are above average. This Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I've been to this location multiple times, and the one time there was a mix-up with the food items, they corrected it and apologized. There have been multiple occasions where there have been school busses or large groups of people who walked in just before me, and I still received my food in a timely manner. We always love stopping at Chick-fil-A. Love their chicken it has the Best Teast. We have had their nuggets, Grilled Club Sandwich, Wraps, and Salad. Their Lemonade and they have a drink where they mix the Lemonade and Tea I can't remember what they call it but it is good. Then at Christmas time they make a Milkshake with peppermint candies and chocolate pieces it is the All Time World's Best. I don't get there as often as I would like the closest one to me is an hour away. The only bad thing is like everywhere else the prices have went up, but where hasn't and you are paying for good quality food. Try them out if you have not. They are not open on Sundays they are a religious based Owned Company that even makes them more special I think. Terrible service and atmosphere. Waited over 10 min to pick up an order Saturday. No one in line and multiple employees looked at me and ignored me. Woman packaging orders looked annoyed I was there to pick up an order. Turns out my order was sitting behind the counter the entire time and the food was now cold. Had a really good experience here with a large group. Probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a “ feed the multitudes” fast food setting. Something that usually takes a ridiculous amount of time to feed a bus full of band kids, took roughly 40 minutes in and out. Plus the staff actually took really good care of us. Chick-fil-A is always on top of their game! Haven't been inside this particular location for a long time, but we went in to eat last night and the service was excellent as well as the food, not to mention the dining room was clean as a whistle. I usually love chick-fil-a. It’s always been one of my favorite restaurants. However, I am very disappointed today after receiving an order of chicken nuggets with fly eggs on it. Sadly I didn’t see this until I had already eaten the other nuggets. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please do better Chick-fil-a.
