Chilli is a great place to have a quick lunch or dinner. The food is made fresh and order comes quickly. The taste is always awesome. I have the left overs next day for breakfast. Ordered to go had the 6 oz sirloin medium well. It was charred. It had a black, burnt crust. Very disappointed the staff would serve burnt food maybe because it was a to go order they didn't care. Will never order steak from this place. If I had dined in I would have sent it back to the kitchen. It was definitely a waste of money. The food was great, but our server was horrible.. Fajitas came cold, asked for flour tortillas got corn. Asked for no Pico due to an allergy and it was on everything. All returns went through runners NOT the server. Had to ask seating host for sugar for my tea. Will not go back to this Chili's. I'll stick to Puente Hills where the know service. There's NO MORE HAPPY HOUR. You get a discount on Bud light and Modelo but NO DISCOUNT on food/appetizers. Service could be a little better. Maybe have 2 individuals helping out at the bar instead of one when it's busy? I blame this on management. Applebee's still had happy hour so I guess we'll go there until they fix this fiasco.
