We love going for dinner, and the 2 for one drinks from the bar make it great. Our's is just a few minutes away, so it's a quick place for a last-minute decision when I don't feel like cooking. Went there for lunch, and everything was going as normal until our server comes to my daughter and I 40 minutes in to let us know that our order "didn't go through" and she took our order again. I wouldn't mind if the place was busy, but I was one of the 5 tables seated. I had to take it to go because I was already running late. And since I had to take it to go, I now have rubbery quesadillas that I would have to recook. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The night before Christmas Eve and we were afraid it would be packed, but fortunately for us, it was a light crowd just before 6:00. We typically prefer sitting in the bar, but the cold temperature found us looking for a booth in the dining area. The nearest section to the host station was empty, but for a reason, the waitress wasn't scheduled to come in until 6:00, so that just left us long tables to choose from... for the two of us. A waitress noticed our predicament and offered to cover our booth for us! Her name was Kimberly, and from that moment forward she was Awesome! Despite being assigned to the opposite side of the restaurant, she was attentive, friendly, and super helpful! Kudos to Kimberly and for Chili's for having her as part of your team. Don't get us wrong though, every other associate that interacted with us during our visit couldn't have been any nicer or attentive. You guys rocked it tonight! Merry Christmas! The quality of the food was very low and the our order had multiple issues and mistakes. Since we did not check the food before driving all the way home, we didn’t have it corrected and just ate the parts that were correct… since we most likely won’t be going back, we didn’t care about receiving any credits towards future orders. The price of the food is outrageous for the quality you receive. Both my wife and I had upset stomachs after dinner and experienced indigestion well into the night (something we rarely suffer from). The staff were friendly and welcoming, once they noticed I was waiting for my order. I did notice a couple of individuals on their cell phones near/behind the line. They went from handling their phones to handling food without washing their hands… not a huge deal to me but a deal breaker for some. All in all… the food quality and attention to accuracy is what will keep us from returning. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I asked the server if there were any vegan options. She said there were none. I said, "What, there are no vegan options, really? Do you still sell veggie fajitas?" It wasn't on the menu. She said no, they don't have that option anymore. Then said well we have a veggie burger. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Why didn't she tell me that from the beginning!? My husband and I went with friends, and we would get the veggie fajita, so I said, "Can't they just leave the meat off the fajita?" Then my daughter said they could put the veggie burger on the fajita. So that is what they did. Chili's, teach your staff some customer service skills. Instead of saying we have none (and then we leave or eat nothing), say the vegan options or if you don't know say, "I will check with the chefs or manager to see what they are." The reason I asked was for her quick knowledge (which she didn't have) so that I would be able to make a quick decision since I did not see what I went for on the menu. I will not be returning to a Chili's again. When so many restaurants are adding more vegan options, Chili's just keep getting rid of theirs.
