The queso was like water & cold. Brought it to the waiters attention .Manager lady came over and said that's the way it was today. Never received any new queso. I don't recommend the chicken strips. Very dry & tough. Hadn't been there in a long time and now I will not be going back for a lot longer. Not a good experience. Things were kind of quiet when I walked in. The to go guy helped me check my STARFISH Chili's gift card balance. He was a great help. I went in to sit and dine. Ordered the 4 piece tender with fries and side of Broccoli 🥦. It came out in about 5;min. Nice and hot. The presentation was so nice. Two thumbs up. Tested great with Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Fries were crispy and fresh. Two 👍🏻👍🏻. Great first done in experience. My waitress was helpful, but suggest that she smile more. Show you are happy to be there and help out and it gets you more business. I had the buffalo chicken salad with the ranch dressing on the side and it was delicious. Dessert was extra good too. My server was attentive and pleasant. She took my order and had it out in a short period of time. I was very impressed with her. The place was busy yet the staff managed to keep the place clean. As soon as someone left the staff was quick to clean off the table for the next guest. An over all good experience. Keep up the great work. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I love this place! Jessie and Jarrod are awesome, nice and friendly. They have an excellent customer service. Cajun chicken pasta, Sirloin steak and volcan.

This our first time at this location. I would have given them five 🌟. Unfortunately, I could not do that this time. The service was good, however the food was not 100% up to par. A major amount of the food was over cooked and not good at all.
