Service was good. Food (fries, ribs, burger, etc.) was served not hot, barely room temperature. Atmosphere was fine, however we had to listen to the employees perform birthday song SIX times during our visit. Not employees fault, but it's loud and annoying.
You're better off spending your money at the Olive Garden next door. Much better food quality and value than thus Chili's location.

I’ve always liked Chili’s in PR way better than Chili’s in the 50 states, way more options and better food quality. Their sides could be upgraded a bit though. Their mojitos are always so good.

Chili's is always a good choice for a chain restaurant. The food was good as usual, had the Southwest Smoke House burger, and enjoyed it with French fries and an ice-cold Coors Banquet beer. Service was very good. I wasn't tha busy at lunch will be back.

The establishment had the friendly, relaxed, yet refined casual dining experience everyone has come to love and expect from this food chain restauarant.
Great food and service.
The kitchen and bar did a great job.
The place was crowded during our visit, but we were immediately seated at table #73 and recieved great overall service.

Our server was excellent.
He knew the menu well, was friendly, well mannered, clean, hospitable, and had a very good disposition overall. Our order was perfect and served in a reasonable amount of time. He was also present, but not overwhelmingly so. I beleive his name was Erick.

Last April 14, 2022 my friend and I went to Chili's at Dorado. We tried broccoli and cheese soup, grilled chicken breast served with mashed potatoes and Cesar's salad; also Santa Fe Chicken breast salad.
Every meal was very good.
Friendly staff.

Excellent Restaurant to go with the family and friends. We went this time to celebrate one of my friends birthday. Because of the covid situation, the employees are not autorize to singing Happy Birthday. 🤷🤷😢😥. We had a great time.
