DO NOT GO THIS CHILIS, the management, cooks and food manager are a nightmare. I ordered Togo fajitas 3 different tomes and they gave me enough lettuce, Pico and cheese for one taco. They forgot my Dakota shells and when I asked the short grey haired manager with an accent what his name was, he told me he did not have a name. And he hopes I never come back. BARTENDERS WERE AMAZING, kitchen staff and manager are terrible. I'm paying california prices for that? HELL NO. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered sirloin steak dinner to take to son- in- law at hospital where daughter was in labor. Later was told steak bottom was covered with something melted onto it like plastic and not able to be eaten. Talked to manager and he offered a soup or salad. Beware takeout!! My waiter was very attentive and didn't mind that my friend and I were too caught up in catching up to pick what we wanted from the menu. However, the food was disappointing. Everything was over salted. We got the mozarella type appetizer and it tasted freezer burnt, and both it and the marinara sauce it came with were super salty. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I was trying to avoid bringing sandy and wet kids in so we did a carside order from the parking lot. We should have just gone in. Original time said 20 minutes then after hitting submit it switched to 30-40min. It took 50min to be brought out. Got back to the hotel and there was no queso for the chips. More food was missing. The corn pictured was supposed to be for a kid with whatever cream they put on it. They threw the fries on the pizza like that. The kids chicken was cold and a tiny serving. The asparagus was wrapped like this and thrown in the bag. I understand they get busy but they had almost an hour and this is what we got. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

We ordered pickup around 9:15 last night 7/27, picked it up at 9:45. Our order included a Triple Dipper with boneless buffalo wings. Upon biting into the first boneless wing, the texture was slimy and chewy. I looked down and realized the entire inside was raw. I've never been more disgusted in my life. We cut open the remainder of the wings and they were all entirely raw inside. Clearly these were thrown in the microwave for about 10 seconds before being put into our order. Today 7/28 I've had several symptoms of food poisoning as a result of consuming raw chicken. This is a serious safety issue. Not only was the chicken itself probably contaminated, but it was touching everything else in the box. I'll be reporting this incident to the Monterey County health inspector's office on Monday. This is an egregious mistake that could make someone seriously ill and it shows that this restaurant is poorly staffed and managed.
