Ranch burger was great. Sliders were ho-hum. The downside here was there was a 15 min wait for a half full restaurant, and then our appetizers came 20 min after our dinner came. The server was great and tried to make up for kitchens mistake by giving us a crack cookie, which is a cookie with ice cream and chocolate fudge. It worked!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We frequent this location a lot. Last night on New Years Eve we visited the Crystal River Location (again) as we met there 4 years ago last night. We were seated on the bar side. It was only 6:30 and nit busy. Our waitress was kind, but handling the tables and bar. She did a great job. My chicken breast sandwich came out under cooked with pink and rubbery texture. I could not eat it and sat and waited for the waitress to return for 30 minutes. When she returned she validated the pink undercooked sandwich. She called the manager over to show him. He acted like i was lying and had an attitude. He looked at her and said he would credit the meal less the drink! She was shocked he did NOT comp the entire meal. He he said a quick "im Sorry" and proceeded to tell us these breasts are baked. He then walked away making us feel like we were ignorant. The waitress came behind him and apologized for his attitude. I told her we would never be back to this location.
