We went on a Monday afternoon at 1pm. Was seated right away didn't wait long for the food. All are Meals were Very Good.Service and Atmosphere were also Very Good. I will Definitely return. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could rate a zero I definitely would. Ordered triple dipper appetizer for takeout bbq wings were cold and slimy, egg rolls were ok and sliders were raw. If it didn’t take 30 minutes to get there I would have returned the food for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend anything. This is the worst service I’ve ever had will not be returning ever again. Our host David was so friendly and had so much sass! Him and our nephew hit it off and they exchanged numbers..he was so sweet and flamboyant!! Thank you and im sure my nephew will be back for the mini tacos! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Used to love this place. Don't know what happened to it. Empty restaurant took nearly an hour for an appetizer and some fried chicken strips. Beer tasted like it expired a year ago. I don't think the waitress has ever sat in a restaurant as a customer. And forget about telling her what you want to eat. She will put in whatever it is she thinks you should have. Ordered fajitas to go. Supposed to have guac, sour cream, salsa, cheese. By the time I got home, no guac/cheese/sour cream/salsa to be found. Food was decent but fajitas without guac etc doesn’t taste as good. Called to complain and they put me on hold and never picked up. I ordered from here on the app 2 weeks ago. I spent 70.00 for my brisket burger to come burnt to the point it was so nasty it was thrown out, and 2 cokes that had 90-% water in them. I called to speak to a gentleman who was very rude. He didn’t really want to hear my complaint and just tried to tell me about some gift card that will take 7 days to get. I continued to talk and he put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then he told me they don’t do refunds which I find it hard to believe because other restaurants do plus give you a new meal on top of the refund. I was told I would get an email from corporate with a gift card accommodation but never received anything. Guaranteed the guy on the phone didn’t even submit my complaint. It’s been at least 10 years since I stepped into a Chili’s Grill & Bar. At that time I said I wouldn’t return because everything was far too salty. I’m glad to report that this is no longer true. However, two of us ordered burgers that were dripping too much grease. I tried Alex’s Santa Fe burger and I won’t order it again - too many pickles and not enough taste. I would rather have had the BBQ burger. Everything else was OK. If we would have gone next door to On the Border then the tortilla chips & salsa would have been free. Food is not bad. Some of the new menu items are good. Servers seem to forget about you after initial order. They just expect you to eat and use the kiosk thing on the table to pay with a 20%tip 🥴 Takes a miracle to get drink refills. Came here late night with some coworkers. Our waitress was really nice and kept checking up on us. Our host was nice too and he helped out with our table. The food was great. I haven't had chili's for several years now. I had got thr Cajun shrimp pasta and we ended the evening with Two delicious desserts. We went there ok sunday night at 9pm and even though the restaurant was empty we were told to wait for 20 mins as they had only 2 servers . Finally we got the table and we ordered our drinks and food . The Long Island iced tea was very bad. The chicken quesadilla was over cooked and burnt . Cajun pasta and shrimp tacos were awesome . Usually we always carry out the 25 for 2 deal . The combo deal had many options and it is cheap . The 25 for 2 has variety of options to choose . We usually get 2 house salad, 1 Cajun pasta chicken or shrimp and chicken fajitas . It also comes with a slice of cheesecake which is the main USP.
