This is the most amazing Chili’s. The girls are sweet and attentive, the food is hot and they are eye candy, everything works smooth in here and is just sooo relaxing! I’m glad I came here today after school in Tunxis college. Everything was lovely and just a beautiful evening with the snow coming down out the window. Amazing team, really good food and cold beer. Omg the strawberry margaritas 🍹 top notch flavor so who ever is at the bar making them I will definitely be back. Food was served quickly hot and delicious. Ordered the smokehouse and bizarrely they said you couldn't pick sides, you had to take it as is. I told them I didn't want either side that came with it and even I asked if the server could talk to someone, but they refused and said that's the way it is. Basically, "too bad". Maybe it's policy, maybe not, but regardless I'm much less likely to go now, especially after dropping 200 bucks. You're losing business over something trivial for you but important for me. I always liked Chili’s. It’s kinda the place you go to when you want decent food but don’t want to pay too much. My waitress was very nice and attentive but the restaurant itself wasn’t too lively for a Saturday night. Not many complaints except I think the menu could definitely use an upgrade. The food has been about the same since I was in HS 10+ years ago just rearranged to look different. They will literally mess up your order every single time without fail. Even if you order something as simple as a burger. This most recent time I had multiple hairs cooked into the Patty of my burger. Both entrees were prepared incorrectly (which I expected bc that’s what happens every single time) but the hair COOKED into the food is where I’ll have to draw the line. Shame on me for taking this long to realize. It’s just worth it to spend a little bit more money somewhere else so that you’ll actually get your food as ordered and it be edible. Good food great service with the exception of our appetizers. The kitchen forgot to send them out first. Came after our food was served. Told them I didn't want them now. The restaurant was clean but the table was sticky. The customer service in general was Great!!! Our server was the best and on point. The food was good and the dessert delicious.
