The food portions were great, the prices were average and the wait time was minimal. We liked our food and the staff were nice. My kids had sweet and sour chicken and it was good real chicken not frozen nuggets. I had shrimp and mixed veggies and it was also good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food is pretty good, no complaints there. But the service is borderline atrocious. I ordered by phone and included something that I didn't realize wasn't on their menu (mooshu) - because U didn't have their menu handy. The woman taking my order didn't correct me (not care that the other 3 things I ordered were on the menu). When I got there nothing had been prepared because she thought it was a prank (because my cell phone is from a different area code). I get that English may not be theit first language, but if you don't have anyone who can functionally speak English to take orders then perhaps it's worthwhile to invest in online ordering as opposed to what's currently happening. I've ordered many times (from this phone number) and to be told, "sorry, I thought it was a prank, so we didn't make your food," is not acceptable. Very disappointed as the food is good, but that kind of service isn't acceptable -even from a small family business. I'll be looking at alternatives and encouraging friends and family (and you, kind reader) to do the same if my business isn't important to them.
