This location is always disappointing. I pay so much for extra meat and they still never seem to give me the extra when ordering online or in person. They always forget items and the service is always lacking. Seems like it’s a bunch of young people that couldn’t care less about helping people out. The guy got an attitude last time when I asked him to give me my full scoop of chicken and rice like they’re supposed to. Made eye contact multiple times with several employees AND THE MANAGER while I waited to pick up my order that was just sitting on their counter. They weren't busy, just collectively chose to ignore me while they chatted with one another. When I got home I found that my kids quesadilla was just 2 empty, cold tortillas. And my "extra lettuce" bowl didn't have much lettuce. All food was cold despite me arriving earlier than the scheduled time to pick up. Very disappointed. Went there yesterday and the service was horrible. I went in the evening to get dinner for my family and the Hispanic guy making the burritos was cussing and got mad because I wanted 3 items. Very rude. Even the people in line were wondering what was wrong with him. Bad service. Food was carelessly put together. Hey chipotle I know you probally don’t read these reviews but I’m gona write it anyways. I love chipotle on its best day food is solid and basic and just great comfort and easy food all all around. I have a couple of complaints. Specifically the guacamole. This is the 2nd time I got guac that was going off and a whole half chunk of un mashed unripe hard avocado. I get it employees get lazy your busy blah blah I work in the resturant industry so I know all the people xcuses that are usually thrown around. But my main pet peeve is the the crusty unscraped dirty plancha. For the love of god clean your plancha. It takes like 3 minutes to used a spatula or some type of plancha scraping device to clean the crusty buring bits of chicken or beef or grease build up. And it’s not just this location that has this dirty plancha issues I have been to locations in Azusa Glendora and it’s the same thing no one cleans there planchas. Food was good but the workers looked very tired and it was early in the day, hope they are not being over worked. Best to ask how old the chips are as I got stale chewy chips. Absolute terrible service here. The employees have no communication skills, courtesy, or concern about the customers. At around ~4:05 PM I came in to pick up my order which was already made. The heavier set girl that was making the preordered food asked the guy next to me the name on his order and just completely ignored my presence. The girl at the register was too busy laughing and joking with the man behind her that was doing his job prepping the chicken. Neither of them greeted me nor acknowledged me. I waited for ~10 minutes before asking if my order was ready to my surprise it was just sitting at the premade food countertop when it should have been already on the shelf a while before. Extremely dissatisfied by the lack of acknowledgment or concern by these workers. The food was great, however I will not be coming back to this location after being blatantly disregarded. I was extremely shocked a at my burrito.😲😳Normally this place is great but when I did an online order my burrito was extremely small and I was unsatisfied with the burrito😡. Because it's usually fulfilling n I can barely finish it all but this burrito looked like it was for a kids meal🙄🤔. Look at the picture, it looks like a baked potato😒. It really was smaller than my hand🤨. These workers need to stop being lazy because we're not watching them prepare our online orders. That's bad business.👿

Put in a mobile order, and received the shortest burrito I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. Apparently these guys think that if you order on the app, you won't complain when they short you on portion size.
