This my experience. We came family and ordered 5 bowls. But in one bowl we ordered veg and at the counter I told the cashier it's veg and then a middle aged African American lady(not sure if she is manager) came and said it's same price, then I told, can I able to get separate chicken, that moment she felt very disappointed and agreed hardly to put chicken. After 5 mins we went and asked for two red chili sauce then she immediately came and charged $3.47 per two. She acted like she did right thing for us at the end customer service matters which she failed to give. We never got this trouble before. Funny part is see the picture the quantity she gave us. Ordered a burrito bowl and got a sad excuse for a bowl. Not only that I got my order DoorDash and they left out the queso in my bowl and guacamole on my burrito. The items I paid extra for. Tried to call and nobody wants to help. Can’t get a replacement did get a refund from DoorDash nothing. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I just had one of the best experiences at chipotle all thanks to Miss Cynthia. She was very kind and welcoming. made sure that the food she served was fresh and all the condiments I needed were available. When I have a great experience I like it to be known and I hope this review gets to her, she’s what it means to have great customer service. i hate to do this but this Chipotle location use to be one of my favorite locations up until yesterday! I went in on my lunch like I normally would to get a chicken bowl. A worker was getting ready to create my bowl AFTER he was digging in a dirty water bucket im assuming they use to clean tables. The fact that i had to ask dude if he was going to wash his hands and put on fresh gloves before making my food was crazyyyy to me! Had i not said anything, he wouldve just thought it was okay! The food wasnt fresh, no trash can was present for trash, food smelled spoiled after i ordered it and got back to work ready to eat it, i felt sick immediately after tasting it, i had to throw it away!!!
